These terms apply to all purchases made in-store, online, or by telephone. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

Products & Pricing

• We aim to describe all products accurately; however, specifications, images, and dimensions are provided as a guide only and may vary.

• As many items are handmade, slight variations in finish and size may occur.

• All prices include VAT where applicable.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and issue refunds if necessary.

Orders & Payments

• Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of order.

• The balance must be paid before delivery.

• We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at any time.

Delivery

• Delivery is available to mainland UK only.

• Stock items are delivered as quickly as possible; special orders typically take 4–8 weeks.

• Customers must ensure safe access and that items fit through doorways and stairwells.

• Failed delivery appointments may incur a £25 charge.

• If access is unsafe, delivery may be refused until resolved.

Assembly

• Most items are delivered assembled (excluding bunk, guest, and cabin beds).

• Assembly services are available at an additional charge if required.

Cancellations & Returns

• Orders may be cancelled within 10 days free of charge.

• After 10 days, a 20% cancellation fee applies.

• Returns within 7 days of delivery are accepted; delivery and collection costs plus a 20% restocking fee apply.

• Collection charges vary depending on item size.

Guarantee

All furniture includes a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. This does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, third-party repairs, or natural material characteristics.

Liability

Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of faulty or damaged goods. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Claims

Any damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery and supported by photographs.

Vouchers

Voucher offers are not valid on discounted items and may be withdrawn at our discretion.

Data Protection

Furnish4Less is a registered Data Controller and processes personal data in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
