Terms & Conditions

These terms relate to orders made in our store, online or over the telephone. Please read carefully as once you have placed your order you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions which shall prevail over any and all terms proposed by you.

Description of products, goods, service and refunds.
1. We make every effort to describe products offered for sale as accurately as possible. However, due to product improvements and development by ourselves our suppliers, we reserve the right to add, remove or amend products without notice.

2. Pictures and dimensions of our furniture are given, wherever possible. These are supplied by the manufacturers and displayed by us in good faith, and should be used as a guide only. 

3. All ranges are handmade, so there are varying tolerances where shelves, doors and drawers are concerned. If you are ordering an item where the dimensions are critical, Please contact us before ordering, 

4. Most of our products do not require home assembly. On occasion, to aid delivery,  Most items (excluding bunk, guest and cabin beds) will be assembled for you. It will not be our responsibility to deliver, unpack or assemble furniture in locations that have no reasonable access for the items being delivered.

If you decide that you would rather collect your furniture from us, you will find these self-assembly items simple to construct.  If you then require us to come to your address to assemble on your behalf, we will do so, but there will be a charge for this service. Please call for further advice on these charges.

5. All prices are inclusive of VAT, where appropriate, at the prevailing rate and are subject to any promotional offer or discount.

6. We  accept that errors can happen. If we find that an item has been displayed at the wrong price, we are not bound to sell at that or any price if we point out that an error has been made. In these cases, a full refund will be offered.

7. Full payment or part payment "I.e. a deposit" shall be taken at time of order. The remainder will be payed before delivery.

8. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time.

9. We will deliver stock items as quickly as we can and once you have placed an order with us, we will advise a delivery date. If we have to order goods in to complete your order we will quote a lead time of 4-8 weeks on most products. If you would like to confirm stock availability before you order, please call us, and we will check levels for you.

10. We only deliver to mainland UK addresses.

11. You are responsible for providing safe means of access from the public roadway to the place of delivery. If at any point our delivery teams deem any access unsafe or hazardous they will not deliver until safe access is provided.

12. You are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you've ordered fits through doorways and stairwells. If, in the opinion of our delivery crew, there is a problem with access, your furniture will be delivered to your door. If this is not acceptable, we will issue a refund, but there may be a charge. Please check our refunds policy.

13. Our delivery teams make every effort to arrive within an AM or PM time slot. The delivery team will also call you 30 mins before the delivery. Customers who fail to keep to this slot waste time and fuel, and cause delays for other customers. We therefore regret that we must levy a £25 charge on customers who fail to keep to their delivery arrangements.

14. You may cancel your order within 10 days of placement without charge. Cancelling any order after this time will result in a cancellation fee of 20% of the invoice total.

15. If, on receipt of goods, you choose within 7 days to return them, your only liability will be the full costs of delivery and collection (see 14. and cancellation fee of 20% of the total value of goods to be returned

16.Full costs for delivery and collection will be determined by Furnish4less and may be higher than the standard delivery charges As an estimate see charges bellow.

17. All furniture from us comes with a standard 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Unless otherwise stated at time of order. Should a problem manifest itself within this period the furniture will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

• movement in wooden products

• neglect or abuse

• repairs by a third party

•  misuse of your goods

• loss or damage due to fire, smoke, water, lightening, sunlight, weathering, rusting, corrosion.

• theft or explosion; accidental damage or loss or damage caused by a third party.

19. In the unlikely event that goods are damaged on arrival or during the delivery our liability is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the goods delivered, we do not pay compensation beyond these limits.

20 We will not be liable for any loss incurred through any reasonable delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or any reasonable rescheduling of deliveries.

21. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your goods on arrival you have up until 7 days following delivery to report any damage, but claims must be supported by photographs. It is the responsibility of the customer to show the damage has not been caused by misuse or mishandling following delivery.

22. We make every effort to ensure the complete accuracy of our website. However, product details and prices may change from time to time, and errors can occur. We will use our best endeavours to rectify any errors as swiftly as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred.

23.  'Voucher Savings' schemes. are not redeemable on discounted stock or promotional items. All vouchers are accepted at our discretion and Furnish4less reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a voucher at any time.

24. Furnish4Less is a registered Data Controller in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (‘The Act’)
