Returns & Refunds Policy
(Effective from 1st January 2021. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.)
This policy applies to:

Items that cannot be delivered due to access restrictions

Cancellations (Before Delivery)

Orders may be cancelled within 10 days of placement free of charge.

After 10 days, a 20% cancellation fee applies.

Refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
Returns Due to Access Restrictions
It is your responsibility to ensure furniture will fit through doorways, stairwells, and into the intended room.
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, returned items will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Returns After Delivery
You may return items within 10 days of delivery.
Items must:

Be unused and unassembled

Be in original packaging
-
Be in fully resalable condition
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not suitable for resale.
You are responsible for full delivery and collection costs, which may exceed standard delivery charges.
Bespoke Orders
Custom-made items incur a 20% cancellation fee and are subject to delivery and collection charges.

Guarantee
All furniture includes a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects (unless otherwise stated).
The guarantee does not cover:

Fair wear and tear
-
Cushion fillings
-
Sofa beds, recliners, selected chairs

Natural movement in wood
-
Misuse, neglect, third-party repairs
-
Fire, water, accidental or third-party damage
We reserve the right to inspect items before approving claims.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect items on delivery.

Report transit damage within 24 hours

Provide photographs where requested
Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund.
Refund Processing

Cancellation refunds are processed once confirmed.

Return refunds are processed after inspection at our warehouse.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Card refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear.
